Tom became Player Manager of Alveston in September 2010. He has played for the club for 3 years and is a veteran of the Midland Combination having played in the leagues for over 12 years.
Under tough circumstances last season, Tom encouraged his team to play open football and although results were not great, never did the team lose their footballing principles.
This is his 2nd management role after guiding Ettington FC in 2006/07 to a runners up place in both league and league cup behind Castle Vale JKS.
On the pitch, he operates as a midfielder who loves a tackle or in more recent times has been playing as a full back.
